Across The Sea

February 10, 2012

Watch tides turn
Sands swept out to sea
We can never count

Yet dear friend
Pebbles weigh my mind
For sins and sorrows
Only truth can see

Waves break on moonlit shore
Dreams drift undertow
Seasons too must pass

Hide your eyes no longer

Reach into the abyss
Where love stands apart
Only stones remain

Remember
Prayers and promises
Hold us in your eyes
Hold us in your heart

Love and love will live

Thanks, Francina! Glad you took the time to listen and enjoyed what you heard. I’m working on a new tune and expect to post it sometime in the coming weeks.

      Cheers!
