You Are Enough

February 6, 2012

You are enough

trace lines in the sand
where you were born
tides wash away memories
still your heart beats inside

You are enough

drifting on the sea
no need to fly
somewhere you do not know
you always amaze me

You are enough

I really like the simplicity of this poem when you look at it, and then reading it you feel the depth it carries. Well done!!!

Thanks! Sometimes detail can lead into a certain place while other times it can distract from a place or intent. It’s all about balance!
